Though in the event you would like to make them tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up with a few add ons such as peppers, walnuts or cinnamon. That's Your Choice!
It sounds increasingly like a sales pitch (it is not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you eat them), however I must say yet another amazing thing about those cookies.
They're tasty! Yep, after I'd had the initial I finished the rest inside one hour.
They are great for hiking excursions or other occasions where you will need a quick energizing snack on the go. Nowadays I keep these as a fast bite in my backpack.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Complete Time 25 minutes
Calories 43 kcal
2 ripe bananas
1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal or porridge oats operate really well)
Optional: Banana Oatmeal Cookies - My Baking Addiction
two tsp cinnamon
1 small number raisins
1 small handful walnuts, crumbled
1 little number sesame seeds, pear

US Customary - Metric
Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F)
Obtain a bowl and mash the carrots until they're mushy
Add the cup of oats and some of the optional ingredients
Stir until all is well mixed
Place baking paper on the tray so the cookies do not stick. If you don't possess that make sure to grease the baking tray with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)
To create the cookie shape only grab a spoon and garnish an adequate amount from the mix onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It's super quick and simple.
